Terms of Service
Last updated: {{ date }}
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using doc2mcp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
doc2mcp converts publicly accessible documentation URLs into hosted MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that AI clients such as Cursor, Claude, and Windsurf can read.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your project tokens secret.
- You may not impersonate any person or entity.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
See the . In short:
- Only crawl documentation you have a right to read.
- Do not abuse rate limits, scrape personal data, or generate harmful content.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to access other users' projects.
5. Content
You retain ownership of your inputs. By using the Service you grant doc2mcp a non-exclusive licence to process inputs solely to deliver and improve the Service.
Generated MCP servers are yours to use. The Service does not claim ownership of the documentation you point it at; that content belongs to its original publisher.
6. Plans and billing
Plan pricing and limits are listed on . We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds on monthly plans.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may interrupt access.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that crawled content is accurate, or that AI-generated answers are reliable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, doc2mcp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost data or profits.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
